GAME RULES

By entering the Basketball Madness game, each participant agrees to the rules and regulations listed below. In the event of rules questions or challenges, all decisions by Dom DeMarco’s management are final.

First Place: $300 Dom’s food voucher    I    Second Place: $200 Dom’s food voucher    I    Third Place: $100 Dom’s food voucher

• No purchase necessary.
• Basketball Madness brackets must be picked up on site at Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar, 9785 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89117.
• Each participant must fill out the bracket completely, including date of submission and the participants name, phone number, email address and bracket/team name for their submission to be accepted.
• All game winners must be chosen including First Round through the NCAA National Championship basketball game.
  • First Four otherwise know as “play-in games” do not count towards the win total.
• All submissions need to be turned in and approved on site at Dom DeMarco’s by the manager on duty. Bracket approval includes management signature. No digital copies will be accepted. For their records, we recommend that each participant take a photo of their final submission.
• In the event of a tie, tiebreaker #1 is the total score of the championship as chosen by each participant. If still tied, tiebreaker #2 will be the total number of wins in the first round. If needed, tiebreaker #3 is the total number of wins in the second round.
• All approved bracket submissions are deemed final and no changes or alterations may be made after the submission has been approved and accepted by Dom DeMarco’s management.
• Each approved bracket submissions will remain the property of Dom Demarco’s and used to determine the final score for the individual participant named on the bracket.
• One point is awarded per winning game chosen. Scores will be posted on site and on social media by bracket/team name to keep participant names separate. If no bracket/team name is NOT chosen, the participants name will be listed on the score sheet and posted as explained.
• Participants agree that their chosen team’s name will be posted on site, on social media and anywhere Dom DeMarco’s deems acceptable.
• Deadline for bracket submission is Wednesday, March 19, 2025 by 9:00pm.
• No more than two brackets per participant. All winning participants must show valid identification to redeem prizes.
• Prizes will be awarded April 8, 2025 or the day after the NCAA National Championship basketball game.
